Authorizations procedure

• An authorization procedure has been set-up to allow the registration of the users and allow the access to the database.
• A new user requires a registration. In the registration you need to give some details regarding youself and your organization and select a password.

User roles

• When you are registered you get a basic user role.

  Basic user	The user can enter and see a list of available documents but cannot download any document without an authorization with exception of the publicly available documents.
  Power user	The user is authorized to download all the documents in the database.
  Data responsible	The user can maintain the spesific tests and documents.
  Administrator	The user can manage the database.

• If you want to access the specific tests, you must make a request to the responsible of the data. You can be authorized and notified via email. Then you can download all the documents you got authorization.
